· NO property (trees/plants/animals/pastures/structures/vehicles/implements/fences) may be damaged, injured or approached without permission.

· NO animals may be hunted or caught.

· Unfortunately, no pets can be brought along.

· Gates must be left open/closed as they were.

· Children must be supervised at all times — vehicles, tractors and animals always have priority on all roads.

· Campers/visitors use all facilities at their own risk.

· Water safety is at campers on risk.

· The owners of Noukrans Boskamp cannot accept any responsibility for losses and/or damage to campers’ equipment.

· No water may be wasted or used for washing caravans/vehicles etc.

· Fires must be made in the available bins and must be supervised at all times and not left burning/smoldering. Please put out all fires with sand or water.

· ONLY braai wood may be burned, NO other wood—it smoulders much longer than you think and the wind is unpredictable.

· Please leave the ablution facilities in the condition you would like to find them.

· Please throw all waste in the available black bins (there are baboons in the mountain). Do not leave food lying around and do not feed any animals.

· Please do not smoke in the ablution facilities.

· All complaints, water leaks or other problems must be reported as soon as possible.

· Deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking. Rest of the money can be paid in advance, or paid in cash on the day of arrival. Unfortunately we do not have card facilities, you can arrange to come and make an EFT.

· Deposit will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice is given.

· If cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance, only R100 administration fee will be deducted.

· Discounts for group bookings are possible and available, please ask!
